اُپِث (به انگلیسی: Opeth) یک گروه پراگرسیو متال سوئدی از استکهلم است. این گروه تا به امروز تغییرات متعددی در ترکیب اعضایش تجربه کرده‌است ولی میکائیل اکرفلت تنها عضو گروه است که به عنوان خواننده، لید گیتاریست و ترانه‌سرا از زمان تأسیس تابه‌حال در آن حضور داشته‌است. اپث در طی فعالیت خود ژانرهایی همچون فولک، بلوز، پراگرسیو متال، جاز و کلاسیک را در موسیقی خود که بیش‌تر در دث متال ریشه دارد آمیخت و استایل مختص به خود را بوجود آورد. استفاده از گیتار آکوستیک در فواصل مشخص و تغییر مودهای پراحساس و پویا بعلاوهٔ استفاده از شیوهٔ آواز خوانندگان دث متال و آواز معمولی در کنار هم، از مشخصه‌های آثار اپت هستند. آن‌ها که در زمان انتشار ۴ آلبوم اول‌شان تورهایی محدود به‌راه انداختند، در سال ۲۰۰۱ و در پی انتشار آلبوم پنجم‌شان پارک بلک‌واتر اولین تور جهانی‌شان را برگزار کردند.
